Vera Schumann

Vera joins the KMC ohana with more than 37 years of business administration experience, 19 of which are in Healthcare Financial Management experience. She also spent 10 years as a Healthcare CFO. In addition to her expertise in business, Vera is a phenomenal baker and even owned and operated a small-town bakery in east-central MN for 14 years!

Vera is a graduate of St. Catherine's University in St. Paul, MN. During her time at St. Catherine's, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting and a Master's degree of Arts in Organizational Leadership. Vera also earned a Master of Arts Certificate in Spirituality and Leadership. She is also recognized as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of MN.

Vera is a proud member of a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association; Certified Financial Management Professional through HFMA, and the Certified Advanced Studies in Healthcare Finance Accounting and Budgeting. She is new to the North Shore of Oahu and looks forward to becoming more involved in the community. Some of Vera's areas of interest are community outreach/services, environmental sustainability, and feeding people.
