Leisa Tapia, PA‑C, is a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant with more than nine years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, and emergency medicine. She provides evidence‑based, patient‑centered care to patients of all ages and is known for her collaborative approach in fast‑paced, high‑volume clinical environments.

Leisa earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Elon University and a Bachelor of Science in Pre‑Professional Biology from Brigham Young University–Hawaiʻi. She is NCCPA certified and licensed in Hawaiʻi, with additional certifications including DEA registration, BLS, and ACLS. Her clinical expertise includes preventive care, chronic disease management, diagnostic evaluation, and a wide range of in‑office procedures.

Her background in emergency and urgent care, along with her leadership during the COVID‑19 response, reflects her adaptability and commitment to high‑quality care. Leisa began her healthcare journey at Kahuku Medical Center as an emergency medicine intern and remains dedicated to serving patients with compassion, skill, and respect.
