About

Wyatt Massey Psy.D, Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Resident, was born in Southern California and has lived, worked, and studied here in O’ahu since 2012. He received his doctoral degree from the Hawai’i School of Professional Psychology at Chaminade University of Honolulu. Wyatt is currently completing his Postdoctoral Residency here at Kahuku Medical Center and anticipates being fully licensed in 2024.

Wyatt has worked in clinics, schools, private practices, and hospital settings in O’ahu and has loved it all. Wyatt feels comfortable working with a full range of clinical presentations and has additional training experience implementing evidence-based interventions working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders, Tics/Tourette's Disorders, Trauma-related disorders, and others.

Wyatt works from a Cognitive Behavioral Approach while incorporating other evidence-based practices to ensure his patients get the best care he can offer. This includes culturally-minded care as well as developing a strong therapeutic rapport with his patients to create and implement an effective treatment plan together. Wyatt likes to incorporate fun and humor in sessions where appropriate to make tackling hard things feel easier.
