
Kori Napaʻa serves as the Chief of Strategic Growth and Development at Kahuku Medical Center (KMC), where she leads initiatives that shape the future of healthcare delivery on Oahu’s North Shore. With a dual background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Kori brings a unique blend of clinical insight and strategic acumen to her role.
Her career has been defined by a deep commitment to service development, community engagement, and building meaningful partnerships – in the community that raised her. Kori is a proud alumnus of Kahuku High & Intermediate School, class of 2001. One of her most impactful achievements was spearheading the opening of KMC’s first Behavioral Health Clinic—an essential resource that now provides accessible mental health services to the community.
As a mother of four, Kori infuses her work with empathy, innovation, and a people-first philosophy.
