Mammography Screenings

A mammogram is a low-dose X-ray used to examine breasts for cancer and other diseases.  An annual mammogram starting at age 40 is recommended for every woman.  Early breast cancer detection can save lives.  KMC offers digital mammography, which produces clearer images with the added convenience of quick and easy transmission to your doctor.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound imaging uses sound waves to produce clear pictures of the body’s soft tissues and internal structures.  This procedure does not use ionizing radiation and has no known harmful effects.

Echocardiogram

An echocardiogram is an ultrasound procedure specifically for the heart.  This procedure allows your doctor to see your heart beating and pumping blood, and produces images of the heart’s valves and chambers.
