KMC Will Open Haleiwa Clinic February 2021

KAHUKU MEDICAL CENTER IS OPENING A NEW CLINIC IN HALEIWA

KMC expands access to healthcare on the North Shore of O’ahu.


(Kahuku, Hawaii) Kahuku Medical Center (KMC) will open a new healthcare clinic in February 2021. The new facility is conveniently located in Haleiwa which will make access to essential healthcare available for all residents on the rural North Shore of O’ahu. The expansion of services will include general primary care, annual screenings, and specialty care. Renovations are currently underway and are expected to conclude by the end of this month.


KMC’s CEO, Alan MacPhee is confident this expansion will enhance the health and wellness of all local residents in need of care, “We are excited to start the new year by expanding quality healthcare to more individuals and families. The North Shore of O’ahu is a special community and the KMC Ohana is ready to meet the growing needs in a greater capacity. We look forward to the opportunity to expand our promise, “friends and family taking care of friends and family” in Haleiwa for many years to come.”


KMC is a 501c3 non-profit critical access hospital celebrating an almost 100 year old mission, “to provide quality healthcare and promote wellness in our community in a professional, caring, culturally sensitive, and financially responsible manner.” KMC is the closest hospital within a 20-30 mile radius for approximately 35,000 people on the North Shore, making all services offered essential and vital. The expansion of services in Haleiwa will guarantee more individuals have access to quality healthcare and wellness resources.
