She saw a pediatric dentist and never had a bad experience, and eventually, learned to take excellent care of her teeth. But, she still occasionally gets a cavity.  After several years in private practice in Colorado, she knew she wanted to return to Hawai'i to provide high-quality, gentle comprehensive care with the love and education that all keiki deserve.

Some of her goals are to inspire children to understand and appreciate the importance of good oral health and an overall healthy lifestyle and to create a positive dental experience and environment. Her hobbies include family, friend time, trying to surf and taste testing.
