Primary Care Clinic
Proudly serving the North Shore of Oahu
A primary care provider (PCP) is the first stop for most of your healthcare needs. That’s why it’s important to establish with someone you can trust. If you don’t currently have a PCP, or if you’re thinking of finding a new one, we invite you to join our clinic ohana. Our support staff will make you feel at home and, thanks to our patient navigator, you won’t ever leave the office without understanding what comes next. Our providers know their patients by name not chart number, and we take pride in crafting care plans that reflect the uniqueness of each person we serve.
Most major insurance carriers accepted (DMBA, HMSA, Medicaid/Medicare, HMAA, UHC, UHA, HMA, Tricare, etc).
