Primary Care Clinic

Proudly serving the North Shore of Oahu

A primary care provider (PCP) is the first stop for most of your healthcare needs.  That’s why it’s important to establish with someone you can trust.  If you don’t currently have a PCP, or if you’re thinking of finding a new one, we invite you to join our clinic ohana.  Our support staff will make you feel at home and, thanks to our patient navigator, you won’t ever leave the office without understanding what comes next.  Our providers know their patients by name not chart number, and we take pride in crafting care plans that reflect the uniqueness of each person we serve.

Most major insurance carriers accepted (DMBA, HMSA, Medicaid/Medicare, HMAA, UHC, UHA, HMA, Tricare, etc).

The Primary Care Clinic team at KMC is committed to serving this community. Choose exceptional care and a personalized experience, the convenience of seeing your doctor right here in Ko’olauloa, and the benefit of integrated care at Kahuku Medical Center.

“I am grateful and honored to be a part of this community. I look forward to practicing medicine in Kahuku for the rest of my career!”
